It's not going to be a secret forever.
Drive 15 minutes north from Brookings, Oregon, on the pacific coast highway (hwy 101). After 11 miles, look for a small gravel parking area on your left. It's unmarked, but there is an Oregon beaches regulation sign post and bulletin board. Next to the billboard is a visible trail that leads down to......SECRET BEACH.
Just to be clear, the first beach that you descend to isn't actually THE secret beach, but if you keep following the coastline south, for about 0.3 mile over some rocks, you will see a carved igneous arch (see picture below).
You absolutely must download a tidal chart for the day you go, so you can know when the high and low tides change. Do your best to time your adventure so that you hit the arch/cave at the lowest ride.
Secret beach is visible through the arch. You can safely pass through surf at the lowest of tides.
